2.Spectrum analysis and interpretation:
Identification of spectral data and transformation in structure information (constitution, configuration,conformation).

Nuclear magetism,nuclear magnetic resonance, relaxation.
2.Instrumentation:
Equipment configuration, PFT technique, magnet system, transmitter, receiver, quality criteria.
3.NMR spectrum, spectral parameters:
Chemical shifts, coupling constants,signal intensity, T1, T2, NOE's.
4.Spectrum analysis and interpretation:
1H,13C,19F,31P spectra, analysis algorithm.
5.1D,2D,nD NMR techniques:
COSY,TOCSY,NOESY,EXSY,HMQC,HMBC,1D-COSY,...
6.Applications:
Org. and inorg.chemistry, bio-,enviromental and food chemistry, medicine.
